Elmer finished 11th in women's meet, Noffz 21st in men's at Round Round meet
Marcus cross country runners Taryn Elmer, 10, and Parker Noffz, 12, placed 11th and 21st, respectively, at the State Cross Country Meet in Round Rock this weekend.
