The Marcus boys basketball team is off to an impressive start this season at 12-3 as of December 16.
The Marauders are led by a dynamic duo of senior guard Jayden Ramnanan and junior wing Luke Susko. Ramnanan is recently scored 53 points during the Marauder’s San Antonio ISD tournament championship game victory over Antonio Prep. Ramnanan’s impressive tally is just two points shy of the school record.
The Marauders look to stay hot entering district play next week with a road game at Denton Braswell on Tuesday before hosting Denton Guyer on Friday.
After dropping the first four games to open the season, the Marcus Lady Marauders basketball team has gone 11-8 since and are currently enjoying a four game winning streak. The Lady Marauders have two recent wins over district opponents Lewisville (50-42) and Hebron (55-49).
