All five Marcus golfers – Tyson Embry, Gavin Beach, Evan Evola, Cooper Carlyle, and Liam Peterson – finished in the top 15 in individual scoring at the district tournament. Tyson Embry finished 2nd overall.
The boys golf team won the District 5-6A Championship last week at Bear Creek Golf Course.
Trailing Denton Guyer by two strokes after the first round of the tournament, the team rallied the second day to win the title by 5 strokes.
